Amigra was founded in 2012 by Erik van der Voort and Edwin van der Knaap. A lot of thought went into the company name; Amigra is a combination of the words ‘AMI’, which is French for friend, and ‘GRA’, which is short for grass. Erik and Edwin are more than just fans of grasses; grass is their passion!

Spread over 5 locations and 10 hectares, Raymond Vijverberg and Ruud van der Hoeven and their team grow about 13 million stems of lilies a year. Qualily has about 20 different varieties of lilies in their collection and produce high quality Orientals, LAs, OTs and Longiflorums. These different types of lilies require different cultivation methods, which Qualily and its different locations can respond to very well.

Nico van der Arend begon in 1976 het huidige Arend Roses, uit pure liefde voor rozen. Tegenwoordig worden Arend rozen gekweekt op elf hectare, verdeeld over twee locaties in het Westland. Die liefde voor het product is ook bij de tweede generatie van der Arend, Remco, en zijn compagnon Richard nog in overvloed aanwezig.
